'I'm Yours' star joins 'King' skein

SutherlandTORONTO -- Rossif Sutherland will join the 2nd season of Toronto-set police-family drama ''King,'' the series' prodco Indian Grove introduced Friday. Sutherland, boy of veteran thesp Jesse Sutherland, stars in Canadian helmer Leonard Farlinger's romantic comedy two-hander ''I'm Yours'' (eOne), which world preems in the Toronto festival Sunday.The thesp starred in Clement Virgo's 2007 fest pic ''Poor Boy's Game,'' and labored this summer time on Wango Films duo April Mullen and Tim Doiron's zombie-demon comedy-chiller ''Dead Before Beginning three dimensional,'' charged because the first 100% Canadian-funded live-action stereoscopic three dimensional feature, and that is presently in publish. ''King'' is definitely an original series produced and professional-created by Bernard Zukerman and Greg Spottiswood for Shaw Media's Showcase funnel.
